Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely-related field, and five years’ progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in any related IT occupation.
Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS) is pleased to announce the organization closed on its acquisition of Princeton Information headquartered in New York City.
DISYS, a managed services and staffing firm currently has more than 35 global offices and delivery centers spanning 8 countries. This is the company’s 3rd acquisition over the last few years and others are on the horizon.
Now officially a Division of DISYS, Princeton Information adds more than 60 new clients to adding to DISYS’ already prestigious list of Fortune 500 companies it serves across multiple industries. Besides strengthening its expertise and services within financial services, this acquisition boasts extensive growth for DISYS within the New York area.
Based in the New York City area, Princeton was founded in 1985 and has nearly 500 employees in the US. Princeton Information has had a distinguished history of revenue growth, expected to exceed $140MM.

Dr. Foster is a seasoned Fortune 150 executive focused on transforming the DISYS go-to-market and services strategies to drive growth. He is responsible for driving the DISYS vision of using automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the agility of our clients’ IT estates and for harvesting automation-enabled solutions to create client value and differentiate us in the market.
Dr. Foster’s expertise has been honed through US and international assignments in the public and private sectors – first at CSC, then at CyberCore Technologies. He has held a broad range of global roles in corporate strategy, as a CTO, and in consulting, applications, infrastructure, and delivery. He has developed and implemented transformational strategies that led to a $3B global partnership, a doubling of offshore resources to 20,000+, 40% global consulting growth, and a series of divestitures that added 165 bps to the bottom line. He also helped acquire 11 companies leading to $1.9B of top-line expansion and led $20B in sales including personal capture of almost $9B in deals. Finally, Dr. Foster managed a P&L portfolio of $100M per year – delivering on corporate commitments annually.
