Tara Winn

VP, Field Operations & Enablement

Ms. Winn is responsible for Sales and Recruiting Operations, Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, Proposals, and Marketing Communications at DISYS. Currently in her 11th year with the organization, Ms. Winn has been in the staffing industry since graduating college in 2004. She joined DISYS in 2009 and immediately advanced to become a multi-year winner within the organization President’s Club and a top performer within the DISYS recruiting team.

In the past five years, Ms. Winn has played a major role in the leadership of the DISYS Field Operations teams, where she has proven she can meet business and market needs by building strong internal and external business relationships. Her previous experience within the organization has allowed her to view operational challenges strategically and problem-solve from multiple angles. She knows the business to the level where she is responsible for DISYS’ highest impact programs, including sales strategy, driving efficiency through cross group/cross border collaboration, and for leading the integration of the multiple large acquisitions DISYS has made over the past couple of years. Ms. Winn is known as a successful and welcome internal collaborator and her ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders has enabled her to drive mission-critical projects across the DISYS organization.
