America’s leading 4G wireless provider needed a mobile customer service application for Blackberry and Android customers to conveniently pay their wireless bills, check minute and data usage, manage friends and family numbers, change calling plans, and change plan features on the go. More recently, the client brought the app to its “Iconic Devices” as well as to its feature phones.
The DISYS Mobile Customer Service Application Team created a product that loads faster, looks better and is more dynamic on all smartphones. A user-friendly interface and account management app is now running on all of the client’s wireless devices, including tablets. User ratings for the app have increased as more and more customers find the feature helpful and easy. In fact, it has been so successful, the client asked DISYS to help develop a dashboard version of the app for Android.
