DISYS® has invested in a series of processes and have been evaluated by independent organizations to ensure we continue to deliver quality, secure product and servers, on time and within budget.

Processes include:

ISO 9001:2015

DISYS® Global Services in India, Porto Alegre, Brazil, McLean, VA, and Dallas, TX have been certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the provision of quality services to our clients. We adhere to the requirements for a quality management system to ensure our clients receive consistent, good quality products and services from DISYS®.

ISO 27001:2013

DISYS® Global Services in India, Porto Alegre, Brazil, McLean, VA and Dallas, TX have been certified to ISO 27001:2013 for security management of financial, IP, employee and other details that are entrusted to us by our clients. Through this standard, DISYS® protects our clients using a systematic Information Security Management System that has passed rigorous external certification.

SEI CMMI Level 3

DISYS® Global Services organization has been appraised at SEI CMMI Level 3 by an independent auditor. This elevated level of process shows DISYS® has developed standards that exhibit all traits required for a Maturity Level 3 rating and further demonstrate the processes have the potential to become established further and improved over time, as new information & technology evolves.

PMBOK and ITIL-compliant framework

The DISYS® management team uses PMBOK and ITIL-compliant framework, processes and tools in the delivery of infrastructure management solutions to our clients using our Capability Delivery Management System. Our adherence to these standards ensures high-quality information technology solutions delivered to our clients in an efficient, standard and repeatable way.
