- Combined global and local support: DISYS employs local, national, and centralized recruiting teams to manage our clients’ staffing needs. Our centralized recruiters in India have U.S. phone numbers and LinkedIn accounts.
- Don’t be alarmed if you are talking to more than one DISYS recruiter: We work together to maximize your chances of matching with suitable opportunities.
- Unique Identifiers: Some clients require us to submit a unique identifier with every candidate, typically the last four digits of your social security number or the month and day of birth. This is to verify your identity during the offer and onboarding process. We will never ask for your full social security number or birth year.
- Technical and Niche Recruiters: Unlike other staffing firms, DISYS maintains competencies in specific technologies including SAP, Java and Digital. We are a certified SAP Services Partner with a dedicated SAP practice.
- Client Specific Recruiters: DISYS has recruiters that focus exclusively on one or a few clients. These recruiters specialize in meeting these clients specific needs.
Our recruiters will talk to you about your resume and background to understand your skills and qualifications as well as what types of opportunities you are seeking. We often utilize technical evaluation tests and tools to assess your technical level and which opportunities are a fit.
