DISYS Chicago Hires Jack Fellers to Lead Growth in Midwest
Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS) welcomes Jack Fellers as Managing Director of its two DISYS Chicago offices, positioning itself to support the growing information technology, retail, financial, and manufacturing services needs in the Greater Chicago area and Midwest market.
“DISYS has great foresight into the industries in the Chicago market,” Fellers said. “It sees how this market is changing and has the insight to bring in people with the right skill sets to serve it. This is why I am thrilled to be a part of DISYS.”
One of DISYS’ larger offices, the two Chicago locations focus on serving clients in the Upper Midwest, as well as national accounts, with whom it can deliver true strategic value through developing long-term partnerships.
“The Midwest is unique in that relationships drive a large part of business growth,” said Ashish Srivastava, Vice President of DISYS International. “Though Jack is new to the Midwest, his existing, valued relationships have followed him into this new region and are sure to have a meaningful impact on DISYS’ growth in the Midwest region.”
Fellers, who moved from Boston to take the Managing Director post in Chicago, has more than 27 years in the staff augmentation and project services field. Forging into his second month on the job, he said he finds dealing with his clients and staff to be rewarding.
“There is nothing more exciting than being able to solve problems for clients in a fast, efficient and professional way,” Fellers said. “And on the other side of it, there is nothing more satisfying than helping a person find a position within a company that will help them meet their professional and career goals.”
Previously at a firm in Boston for almost 10 years, Fellers is ready to face the challenges of the ever-changing tech industry and the growing needs in retail as larger companies move into Chicago.
“As tech becomes more and more ingrained, changes happen quickly,” he said. “DISYS Chicago is strategically positioned to help businesses in the Midwest deal with it. We have a diverse list of accounts we intend to maintain with great customer service and we have a list of others where we are out to prove DISYS is the company of choice to fit project and contingent resource needs.”
Backing up his statements, Fellers indicates DISYS’ Chicago offices are making key hires over the next couple of months to help develop accounts and he has been hitting the road forging relationships across the region.
“Walking into the Chicago market really made me light up,” he said. “There is so much potential here and the need for the services DISYS offers is inspiring – our office is focused on getting the word out about our superior offerings.”
In addition to providing exceptional solutions in staff augmentation, DISYS Chicago also offers managed services to its clients in Agile Solutions, Applications, Development, Mobile Development, Business Intelligence Solutions, Cloud Solutions, ERP Solutions, Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) and testing.
“DISYS Chicago is really the linchpin of our presence in the Midwest. The business landscape is diverse and success in a few key areas is critical to our growth,” said Mahfuz Ahmed, CEO of DISYS. “Jack brings a sophisticated understanding of how to balance customer service, performance excellence, and team expertise to make sure we’re accelerating our clients’ productivity on all fronts. We’re excited to see his leadership in action.”
