CEO – Mahfuz Ahmed
Mr. Ahmed is an alumni of Harvard University. In addition to a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering, he has more than 15 years of Information Technology experience. Mr. Ahmed’s previous career experience at several companies, including ExxonMobil, gave him the foresight to create a company that could provide its clients with highly skilled consultants to complement their technology staff without the burden of long-term costs associated with hiring and training. One of the pioneers in the outsourcing market, he decided to use his project management knowledge, industry experience, and technical skills to provide resources that would embody his clients’ mission to expeditiously and successfully complete their IT projects and achieve cost savings. His savvy business sense has allowed him to build DISYS’ internal recruiting, management, and reporting processes, which have contributed to the success of DISYS and our clients. Mr. Ahmed has a unique ability to motivate the spirit of individuals to share his focus on quality and integrity. Maruf Ahmed is the President of DISYS and serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. He was a co-founder of SIS, Inc, a consulting firm that merged with DISYS in 1999. Mr. Ahmed currently oversees DISYS’ Information Technology, Human Resources, and Financial operations to insure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. He is responsible for managing DISYS’ operational procedures, policies, and standards, and providing the IT infrastructure and services to keep pace with DISYS’ tremendous growth. In 2011, Mr. Ahmed was honored in the CIO/CTO category for the first-annual SmartCXO Awards. Mr. Ahmed has promoted the company through written articles and is a member of the planning and policy-making committees. He works closely with the CEO to advance the company’s mission and objectives and promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Mr. Ahmed is an alumnus of George Mason University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with Honors. He has over 21 years of Information Technology industry experience and his application of resources, experience and skills have provided solutions that expanded the industry focus, project delivery, and operational efficiencies at DISYS. Mr. Codd grew up in Annapolis, MD and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and was a member of the 1991 Men’s National Lacrosse Championship Team. With over 11 years of Information Technology industry experience, Mr. Little brings significant value to the DISYS leadership team. His work ethic and customer-centric focus, which made him a successful partner to his clients, has also contributed to his success in a leadership role. Mr. Little attended Maple Woods Community College, where he played baseball, and later studied business at Missouri State. Vice President of Global Services – Ahmar Abbas
Mr. Abbas holds a BE in Electrical Engineering as well as a MS in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology where he was the captain of the Squash team. He is also a graduate of the International Business program at McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, and the Leading Product Development program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Abbas has his private pilot’s license and enjoys flying in his free time. Vice President of Operations and General Counsel – Bryant “Trey” Robinson
Mr. Robinson graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in 1987. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia Law School in 1990. He was previously a partner at McGuire Woods, LLP, and at Duane Morris, LLP. Mr. Robinson serves on the board of directors for the Alpha Foundation of Howard County, the Jack and Jill of America Foundation, and the Southeastern Children’s Fund. He is also on the Advisory Board of the Greater Washington D.C. Urban League. |

Mahfuz Ahmed is the principal founder of DISYS. He is currently the CEO and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. From 1994 to present, Mr. Ahmed’s focus has been on strategic planning, new business development, financial management, operations, and overseeing DISYS services.
Rick Codd currently serves as DISYS’ Vice President of IT Consulting & Staffing, Northeast Region. He has over 16 years of experience in the IT consulting industry and began working at DISYS in 2000. Mr. Codd assisted Mr. Ahmed in the initial growth and development of the IT consulting division. As the company continued to grow, Mr. Codd participated heavily in the launching of new locations across the United States. Mr. Codd’s IT Consulting knowledge and experience has been instrumental in the tremendous growth DISYS has accomplished as well as introducing and retaining DISYS’ top talent.
Rich Little currently serves as DISYS’ Vice President of IT Consulting & Staffing, Southwest Region. Mr. Little has been with DISYS since 2006. Since joining DISYS, Mr. Little has made significant contributions to the company’s growth by breaking several key accounts and being instrumental in the establishment of DISYS’ presence in the Dallas market. Currently, Mr. Little oversees DISYS growth and presence in several key growth regions, including Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
Ahmar Abbas is the Vice President of Global Services at DISYS. He joined DISYS in July 2011, and is responsible for developing new and innovative service offerings while leveraging the global delivery model. Prior to DISYS, Mr. Abbas was the Senior Vice President at CSS Corp. responsible for Global Infrastructure Management Services and Cloud Services. Mr. Abbas has an extensive IT background: he was the Vice President of Managed Hosting Services at Blackboard Inc., the Founder and Managing Director of Grid Technology Partners, and has held various senior management positions at Ciena Corporation, Zaffire Inc., UUNet Technologies, and Salomon Brothers. Additionally, he is the author of Grid Computing: A Practical Guide to Technology and Applications, (Charles River Media, 2004), and has been frequently quoted in Business Week, Red Herring, CIO, and other technology publications.
Bryant “Trey” Robinson, III serves as both Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at DISYS. Mr. Robinson helps oversee the operations of the company, both at the corporate headquarters and the offsite branches, while providing oversight, guidance, and direction regarding all legal matters. Prior to joining DISYS in August 2011, he served as its outside counsel for over ten years.
