ISO 9001:2008 Certification – DISYS is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management Program (QMP) requirements focused on an organization’s ability to meet and improve upon customer satisfaction and quality requirements. DISYS has established its own QMP to ensure constant commitment to customer satisfaction and continual process improvement. By identifying areas for improvement, creating recommendations to resolve identified gaps, and executing against these recommendations, DISYS is ensuring that it has the global processes necessary to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable, and demonstrable basis.
SAP Certified Run SAP Implementation Partner in the US – As of June 30, 2010, DISYS is only one of 12 companies in the US SAP Certified in Run SAP Implementation. Run SAP methodology is a phased methodology based on world-class knowledge. It provides best-practice procedures, content, services, training and tools for end-to-end solution operations, along with a standardized and proven implementation method. The Run SAP methodology focuses on application management, business process operations, and administration of SAP solutions. The methodology describes how support should be implemented across the lifecycle design, set-up, operations and optimization. In addition, with its best-practice documents for solution operations, it describes how to implement end-to-end solution operations for different SAP software-based business processes.

Staffing Industry Analysts Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms – DISYS earned a 6th position ranking on the 2010 list of fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms, published annually by Staffing Industry Analysts, with a 46.49 percent compound annual growth rate between 2005 to 2009. The list, published on June 30th, 2010, includes 44 staffing firms reporting over 15 percent compound annual growth. In 2011, DISYS earned a 7th position ranking with 37.08 percent compound annual growth rate from 2006 to 2010. In total 42 firms made 2011’s list.
Staffing Industry Analysts 100 Largest U.S. Staffing Firms – DISYS earned 87th place ranking on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2010 list of Largest U.S. Staffing Firms with $105 million in U.S. staffing revenue for 2009. The list, published on July 23rd, 2010, includes 92 firms who have reported over $100 million in U.S. staffing revenue for 2009, totaling more than $46 billion in U.S. staffing revenue.
2010 Inc. 5000 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies – DISYS was named to the 2010 Inc. 5000 list. Inc.com magazine delivers advice, tools, and services to help business owners and CEOs start, run, and grow their businesses more successfully. Each year the magazine reviews public companies nationwide and ranks them according to percentage revenue growth. DISYS is proud to be listed on the Inc.com 5000 list which contains the elite of the seven million or so companies in the U.S. that have employees.
2009 Houston Minority Supplier Development Council Supplier of the Year – Each year, HMSDC solicits nominations from its corporate membership to recognize exceptional partner support over the past year. Each nominator provides a narrative input as well as ratings to support their chosen nominee. Each nominee is asked to provide supporting information that is then scored by the HMSDC Evaluation Committee. HMSDC announces its Suppliers of the Year (one winner in each of three revenue categories) at its annual EXPO event held in September. An engraved plaque is presented to the MBE judged by the Supplier Diversity Advisory Committee to be the most deserving based on quality, competitiveness and reliability of product/service rendered. National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) of Virginia DISYS was awarded the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year Class IV from The Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (VMSDC, an affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council), at the MIC Gold Star Awards Celebration in 2006. The award is presented to leaders in minority-owned business that have demonstrated a commitment to supplier development and have fostered relationships with the corporate community. The Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council is a membership organization of major corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, universities and Virginia-based companies. Fairfax County Economic Development Authority Business Success Award DISYS was awarded the 2006 Northern Virginia Business Success Award from Fairfax County Economic Development Authority. The FCEDA is a public entity funded by the Fairfax County Government. The authority promotes investment and business growth in Fairfax County by conducting market outreach programs to encourage businesses to expand or relocate to the county. Awards are given to businesses that have significantly increased their sales and operation size over the last few years.
